They include 38mm thick, unique sealed underside, Duro edge shelving toprotect internal edges from chipping and fraying and Duro door Lamiwood enhanced with Duro edge contrasting colours.
Durostyle Kitchens pays attention to detail in its kitchen construction. The tops of the cabinets are sealed before the benchtop even go on. Shelves are all edged and sealed all the way around. A1 Durostyle kitchen cabinets are screwed together – there is absolutely no stapling. The double kick system ensures strength right throughout the kitchen.
A Durostyle kitchen can come with either Thermopal or Duropal benchtops, both are scratch and heat resistant. For even more protection from excess moisture or liquid spillage, a Polyurethane U-shaped channel has been added to the underside of the Duropal bench to prevent the moisture or liquid running into the cupboard area. This also incorporates a resin-sealed edge where the laminate meets the U-shaped channel that then gives the guarantee of absolute protection against moisture penetration.
Any of the Durostyle kitchens can be enhanced with lead light doors, Lazy Susans and pull out pantries, giving easy access to the back of the cupboard.
Durostyle Kitchens also stocks a full range of more than 500 colours, as well as a comprehensive selection of timbers – providing the customer with a virtually unlimited colour variation.
Duropal’s latest range of High Pressure Laminates has the colour to blend with any interior, so there is something for every home.
The durability and lasting protection is achieved by Duropal HPL that is made from several layers of kraft paper impregnated with melamine resin. This unique and superior process guarantees durability and exceptional resistance to wear and tear, and lasting protection from the various temperatures that are found in the kitchen. The Duropal HPL is then bonded to a HMR particle board substrate, with Urea crosslinked glue and the genuine, superior Duropal worktop is produced. For added protection the underside is coated with melamine foil. The whole procedure, when completed, encapsulates the substate and protects it from moisture or steam emitted from dishwashers installed under the benchtop.
The factory at Durostyle Kitchens is equipped with all the latest technology, including computer-controlled machinery that puts together a kitchen fully custom built to customers’ needs.
Do-it-yourself assembly with Durostyle is very simple, because all components are delivered in cabinet modular form and just need joining together, there is no assembly necessary.
